2012 Honda Civic or Nissan Altima?
I am in the market looking to buy a new car. After a good number of days looking into several options (and test-driving them) I narrow my choices to either the 2012 Altima or Civic. I really like both cars with the Civic having a better MPG and the Altima having more room inside (and, also, more features in general than the Civic). Therefore, I would like to know which car has a better built quality? Which one tends to need more "shop visits"/upkeep costs? Any opinion is greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance!!!
Between these two models, I would go for the Nissan Altima, even though I am a hardcore Honda Fan. Heres Why— 2012 Honda Civic is the first model year for the new generation, meaning that there might be some problems and things that arise overtime as the car as been just made. But the altima has been out for a few years and thus there should not be any problems there. I think with the recent facelift and everytthing, the 2012 Altima looks really really nice. It looks like an infiniti almost. It has the rich look, while civic looks cheap. The new Civic has not been reviewed well by many critics and fans (Consumer Reports no longer recommends it for the first time since the 80s). Design wise and performance wise it has been a hugh let down, and I rather drive a 2011 Civic. If you want a fuel efficent car, I would go for the Hyundai Elantra. Hyundai has been making a strong comeback and they give the best bang for your buck. Also the car looks very nice for the money you pay
well you can virtually ask anyone. they will all tell you, hondas are damn reliable. occasionly you will meet people who disagree, but also take note, that honda bashers are usaully domestic fanboys, so they wont like the nissan either… hondas always a good path to go along. though i did hear some subpar reviews about honda. im not realy sure how dependable nissan is. i have never really heard anything negative about nissan.so either choice seems good. id look up some youtube videos to see the if i could find some reviews about both the cars. and let that influence your decison some.. best of luck
While Nissan’s are good and the 2012 Nissan Altima looks great, its hard to compare to Honda’s reliability and service. Plus the 2012 Honda Civic has improved fuel mileage.
Go for the Honda civic.
Id skip both of those and get ford fiesta
